STANDARD CONTRACTUAL TERMS FOR MEMBERS
The standard terms and conditions upon which a member of Pavocat Chambers provides his/her services will usually appear as an Annex to his/her Letter of Engagement. Ordinarily, our members work under the standard default terms provided by the Bar Council of England & Wales, known fully as The Standard Contractual Terms for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2012 (Updated for the GDPR in 2018).
